The Challenge

To create an online presence which clearly displays all services with a focus on the e-design service as their main offering.

To streamline the e-design service, we implemented an online questionnaire to allow customers to fill in the form and submit it online. This would speed up the initial review stages of the project, which would help Novaco Design understand the customers needs and respond suitably to improve the experience for the customer.

The Approach

We highlighted the key services by using scroll functionality to improve the content flow when scrolling down the page.

The solution was to design the website with plenty of space around the content to give it a light and clean feel for users.

It was essential for the e-design questionnaire design easy to use.

The e-design questionnaire contains multiple questions so it was important to design the form with no unnecessary elements to keep it clear and simple for the customer to use.

We built the questionnaire on its own page to minimise distraction and to allow the page to be easily shared with other customers without including any other content.
